New Training Facility

I have not been training for a while since my training location has not been available.  Since I have purchased a new house, I now have a new gym.

I know have a dedicated breaking station, instead of having to change the practice stand into a breaking station.  I also now have 2 training stations right next to each other.  One has a bag with river rocks and the other has 3/8″ steel ball bearings.

I also now have a ten foot by twelve foot padded workout area.  The area is centered in the gym.  The Iron palm area is across the front wall for the gym.

In the back left corner is the heavy bag.  The stand for the bag fits well in the corner to prevent the stand from moving when hitting the bag.  This is an issue I had at the last location since where no corners available for me to use.

In the back right corner, I have my new wing chun wooden dummy.  It is a handmade dummy from warrior martial arts supply, the same guys that make the rice bag trainer I have.

On the back wall, I have a 3 section wall bag that is currently filled with rice.  There is a makiwara board that is attached to the back wall.  Between the makiwara board and 3 section wall bag, there is the rice bag trainer.
